Panelist: Anthony De Benedictis CAT(C), CSCS
Anthony is a Certified Athletic Therapist, Strength and Conditioning Coach and Full-time Career Firefighter in Ontario. He is the founder and operator of 211 Performance Therapy, a practice dedicated to training and rehabilitating future and current Tactical Athletes. He currently leads the physical fitness program at the Fire and Emergency Services Training Institute (FESTI) in Toronto, Ontario and aims to build a foundation of mental and physical resilience in the next generation of Firefighters

Panelist: Jennifer Johnson BPhEd(H), DipSIM(H), CAT(C)
Jennifer is a Certified Athletic Therapist and owner/operater of S.M.A.R.T Clinic in Mississauga, ON. Her clinic specializes in "the industrial/occupational athlete" and provides on-site athletic therapy services to several companies across the GTA.
Jennifer has extensive experience with onsite industrial clients including early intervention, review of job specific biomechanics, stretching, strengthening, home care exercises, wellness education and on-site therapy for treatment and conditioning of work pain before it becomes a claim or results in lost time.

Panelist: Julia Reid MHA, CAT(C)
Julia is a Certified Athletic Therapist who provides specialized treatment for children as Co-Founder and Clinic Director of Play On Pediatric Therapy in Ottawa, Ontario. Julia has previously worked with a variety of athletes including soccer, hockey, swimming, and gymnastics athletes as the Director of multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic and also served in Project Manager roles for hospitals and corporations.

Host & Panelist: Becky Swan M.R.Sc., CAT(C), CSCS, TSAC-F
Becky is a Certified Athletic Therapist and Strength and Conditioning Specialist who leads the Physical Health & Performance Team for the Vancouver Police Department. Her team provides on-site rehabilitation, injury prevention, physical conditioning/testing and wellness initiatives to officers and employees of the police departnment. Becky has previously worked with the Canadian Woman’s National Soccer Programs and continues to be an in-demand speaker at international conferences.
