The CATA wishes to honour the memory of deceased members who passed away while working as an Athletic Therapist.
Dayna Brons
Dayna Brons passed away in 2018 while serving as a Certified Athletic Therapist for the Humboldt Broncos when her team's bus was hit by a truck while travelling to a playoff game in Nipawin. Dayna will be forever remembered for her joyful smile, and her passion and love of sport. She was the Athletic Therapist for the Humboldt Broncos and also a trainer for the Saskatchewan SWAT lacrosse organization. Dayna graduated from the University of Regina with a degree in Kinesiology and Health Studies and earned an advanced certificate in Athletic Therapy at Mount Royal University in Calgary.
